Low energy consumption:
The adoption of isotropic soft magnetic material generates low magnetization power, high electrical resistivity and low eddy current consumption. The no-load loss and current of the core made of amorphous alloy are very low, only 1 / 3 of that of silicon steel sheet.
Strong corrosion resistance:
the amorphous alloy core is fully wrapped by resin and high temperature resistant silica glen which effectively prevent corrosion and falling off amorphous alloy fragments, and provide better protection for the core and coil.
Low noise.
Improvement of the structure of iron core and coil and adoption of special noise -reduction materials greatly reducing the operation noise.
Strong short-circuit resistance.
This product adopts three-phase five-column structure, and the iron core is protected by frame structure. Featured by low temperature-rise and strong heat dissipation, this product can work by 150% rated load under air cooling condition. Perfect temperature control protection system is applied to provide reliable guarantee for safe operation of transformer
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum not lower than - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are applied, the altitude can reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination shall not be higher than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity shall not be more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. working in places where there is no gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and no corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If beyond the above normal use environment conditions, specially customized product is available with our company through mutual communication.
The customer shall advise main operating parameters of the transformer: Transformer capacity，Type of transformer，Input voltage level, Output voltage level，Wiring group.
