S9 / 20 kV oil immersed power transformer adopts a new type insulation structure, which improves the short-circuit resistance. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet. High and low-voltage windings are made of high-quality oxygen-free copper wire in multi-layer cylinder process structure. All fasteners are specially treated for anti loose thus obtain high mechanical strength. Corrugated oil tank shell is a permanently sealed whose own elasticity adapts to the expansion of oil. It is widely used as important equipment in power supply and distribution system, industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture and civil buildings.

Core
New high-quality silicon steel sheet is adopted, mainly 0.35 thick h18, h14, H12 and Z11 high-quality silicon steel sheet. We select the most suitable material according to the requirements and use conditions of customers to achieve the best design and performance of Hengfengyou transformer.
Coil
Pew, UEW, EIW, seiw, FEAI enamelled wire and glass-fibre covered wire are used for coil. The temperature resistance grade is f (155 ℃), H (180 ℃), HC (200 ℃), C (220 ℃). (the conventional temperature resistance grade is 180 ℃ of H grade).
Insulating materials
High temperature resistant insulating paper is used as insulating material, which has multiple properties of high temperature insulation, flame retardant and moisture resistance.
Connecting terminal
For small power, we use terminal strip which is beautiful in appearance and shows excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance, flame retardant performance. For high power, we use high quality copper busbar.
The oil tank is corrugated oil tank, with three times of primer and one time of finishing paint spraying for inside and outside surface. The product is salt fog proof, damp heat proof and fungus-proof, beautiful, durable and reliable.
