The core
The silicon steel sheet of iron core adopts high quality cold-rolled orientation 30Q120 or 30QG105 grade, full diagonal joint, step-type three-stage joint structure type, the side of iron core is coated with polyurethane adhesive, the upper and lower iron yoke is clamped with channel steel, and the upper and lower clamps are tightened with screw.
Coil
The wire is made of oxygen-free copper, the flat wire is zb-0.45, the round wire is QQ-2, the high-voltage coil is of layer type, the low-voltage coil can be divided into ≤500kVA as layer type and ≥ 630kVA as new spiral type according to the capacity.
Body insulation
In the iron core window, a 25mm thick laminated cardboard coil is added to the upper end of the coil, which not only strengthens the main insulation strength, but also improves the axial dynamic stability of the coil.
Lead
In principle, the improved strip type unexcited voltage regulating tap switch is adopted for the high voltage distribution line, and the strip type unexcited voltage regulating tap switch is adopted for the connection with small capacity and many connections.All high-voltage casings shall adopt cable-piercing type, low-voltage casings shall adopt compound type, and short tailings shall be adopted when the current is ≥1600A.
Fuel tank
