Core
All of them are made of high quality grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The iron core is of multi-stage stepped structure, with three or five joints, low air loss and low noise; The coil core is directly wound by special equipment, without joint and angle weight, reducing magnetic resistance and low air loss; The amorphous alloy transformer core is a kind of higher quality core material. Compared with the traditional silicon steel sheet, the average air loss is reduced by 72%, and the no-load current is 50%.
Coil
It is made of high-quality QQ acetal enamelled round copper wire and flat copper coin drawn by oxygen-free copper rod. Its forms include cylinder type, continuous type, new spiral type, split type, etc. it has sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength and heat dissipation capacity. In order to increase the short-circuit resistance of transformer, higher quality self-adhesive transposed conductor can be used. The coil is made of self-adhesive acetal enamelled flat wire. After being wound into a coil, the enamelled flat wires are mutually bonded to form a rigid coil, which can withstand greater bending stress, thus enhancing the short-circuit resistance of the transformer. The biggest characteristic of the self-adhesive transposed conductor is that it can reduce the loss of the transformer. Because of the multi split conductor and transposition, it can greatly reduce the eddy current loss and circulation loss, reduce the temperature rise of the hot spot of the winding, and make the temperature distribution of the whole winding more uniform.
Fuel tank
It is welded with high-quality steel plate and has elliptical and rectangular structure. The radiator element is chip radiator, expansion radiator or corrugated oil tank. The oil tank has reliable sealing test in the factory. After pickling and phosphating treatment, the inner and outer surfaces are sprayed with three times of primer and one time of finish paint. The product is salt fog proof, damp heat proof and mould proof, which can meet the requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system and humidity . special requirements for polluted areas, beautiful and reliable operation.
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not exceed - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not be more than 1000m. If special customized transformer is used, the altitude can reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is not more than 5 °, and there is no place with violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. There is no place that seriously affects the insulation of transformer, conductive dust, explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If the above normal use environment conditions are exceeded, the customer can customize it with our company.
