The product is fully oil filled seal type. The principle is the same as that of sealed power transformer. The basic elements of amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron and carbon. It is a kind of isotropic soft magnetic material, with small magnetizing power and no structural defects hindering the domain wall movement. The thickness is very thin, only 0.027mm, the filling coefficient is correspondingly smaller, only 0.75-0.8, the electrical resistance is very high, 3-6 times of silicon steel plate, the hardness is 5 times of silicon steel plate, and the amorphous gold material is particularly sensitive to the stress.

The transformer core is made of amorphous alloy cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is bound to ensure the compactness of the core and reduce noise.
The coil is rectangular, the high voltage is made of acetal enamelled wire, and the low voltage is made of oxygen free copper wire or copper foil coil, so as to increase the ability of the transformer to withstand short circuit.
Dyn11 is adopted for the transformer connection group to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.
The transformer adopts vacuum oiling, which can completely eliminate the air bubbles in the coil and ensure the stable insulation performance.
The oil conservator is cancelled, and the oil tube is replaced by the chip radiator as the cooling component, the air cushion is filled on the oil tank, which can be compressed with the expansion of the transformer oil volume. The transformer oil is isolated from the atmosphere to prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil quality and insulation moisture, enhance the operation reliability, and avoid maintenance in daily operation.
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not exceed -25 ℃;
2. Not more than 1000m above sea level, up to 4000m above sea level if special custom transformers and low voltage components are used;
3. The vertical inclination is not more than 5 °, and there is no place with violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. There is no place that seriously affects the insulation of transformer, conductive dust, explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If the above normal use environment conditions are exceeded, the customer can customize it with our company.
