Product Introduction

110kV three-phase oil immersed power transformer is manufactured according to iec60076 standard and standards gb1094.1 ~ 2-1996 and gb1094.3.5-1985 of the Electrotechnical Commission, with frequency of 50Hz, which can be used for power transmission and transformation of industrial and agricultural power grid. The new series of 110kV power transformers are characterized by low noise, low partial discharge, low temperature rise, short circuit resistance, impact resistance, no leakage and beautiful appearance.

    High quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet is selected as the core, the full inclined pore free structure is adopted, and the low magnetic steel plate is used as the pull plate to firmly connect the upper and lower clamps with the core into a steel structure, so as to obtain less no-load loss and lower noise. The burr of silicon steel sheet shear port shall not be greater than 0.02mm. The no-load performance index is better than the national standard of China.

    According to the capacity of the transformer, the winding adopts cylinder, spiral, continuous and other structures. For the winding of 110kV UHV Transformer, the winding adopts tangle or inner screen structure, so as to effectively improve the distribution of impulse voltage. The conductor adopts transposed conductor or composite conductor, so as to reduce the additional loss of the winding, and uses computer simulation to calculate the impact of electric field and winding The characteristics ensure the excellent electrical characteristics and impact strength of the winding, and the effective measures are adopted in the process to ensure its safe and reliable operation.

    The pressing structure of 110kV UHV Transformer body adopts round insulating pressing plate. The whole winding assembly is adopted in the package process, which improves the reliability of the product.

    The oil tank adopts a flat top bell jar structure, and the box wall is welded with folded plate type reinforcing iron, which improves the mechanical strength of the oil tank. In order to reduce the stray loss of the transformer, the inner wall of the large transformer is equipped with a magnetic shield.

    In order to prevent the displacement of the generator body of 110kV UHV Transformer during transportation, the positioning device is set in the oil tank of the generator body. The sealed oil conservator is used to isolate the transformer oil from the atmosphere to avoid moisture and aging of the oil. The end is equipped with a pointer type oil level gauge.     Cooling and accessories: generally air-cooled or self cooled (ONAF / onan), the load can be 80% of the full load when the fan is shut down for natural cooling.

    The radiator adopts the sheet radiator, and the sheet to sheet welding of the sheet radiator is formed once, and the welding is reliable. The overall shape of the transformer with chip radiator is compact. 

    Adopt high-speed low-noise fan, generally blow in horizontal direction.

    The start and stop of the fan is controlled by oil temperature and load. The transformer fan is attached with a control cabinet.

  • 09

    The oil conservator is in the shape of a capsule, which is equipped with oil resistant, temperature resistant and air tight sealed capsules to isolate the oil from the outside atmosphere. The outside of the capsule is oil, and the inside of the capsule is air. In order to further improve the reliability of the transformer, the air chamber of the capsule is exchanged with the outside atmosphere by the silica gel moisture absorber.

 

Structure

1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not exceed - 25 ℃;

2. Not more than 1000m above sea level, up to 4000m above sea level if special custom transformers and low voltage components are used;

3. The vertical inclination is not more than 5 °, and there is no place with violent vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

5. There is no place that seriously affects the insulation of transformer, conductive dust, explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.

7. If the above normal use environment conditions are exceeded, the customer can customize it with our company.
